FAQ

When are the gates open?

The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park Festival Entrance located at 9378 County Road 132, Live Oak, FL will be open at 8:00 AM EST, on Thursday, April 18, 2019 and will remain open on a 24 hour basis until Saturday evening of the show.  Guests who arrive before the Festival Entrance is open, may arrive early through the Main Park entrance at 3076 95th Drive, Live Oak, Florida. Early camping fees will apply to any early campers arriving prior to Friday. 

WHEN DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE THE SITE?

Please plan to leave the park by 12:00 PM noon EST on Monday, April 22, 2019. Guests are welcome to camp for a longer period of time for additional camping fees.

I have questions about my order. Who can I call?

For questions about your order, please call Festival Ticketing at (855) 929-6336. For problems or questions with your order, or for upgraded camping support, please call the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park at (386) 364-1683.

Is there a payment plan for tickets?

EZ Pay Payment Plan through Festival Ticketing that allows guests the opportunity to spread their order payment out over a period of 2 months or 2 equal payments if you purchase your ticket in November 2018. On the day you place your order, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total order. After 30 days, your card will be charged the same amount. This option is available in your shopping cart during checkout for an additional fee of $5. Please note that there is a $50 cancellation charge for any cancelled or defaulted EZPay orders.

When will my tickets be shipped?

All tickets will be shipped 30 days out (by March 19, 2019). All tickets will be print-at-home and delivered electronically via email.

What if I don't receive my tickets electronically via email?

If a ticket holder does not receive the email with the electronic ticket to print, the person who purchased the tickets can call the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park office at (386) 364-1683 for help. Alternatively, if a ticket holder shows up without the printed ticket, a valid government ID can be presented at the gate to issue the wristband and redeem the order.

What if I forget to print my ticket and I arrive at the gate?

What if I want to change the name on my ticket?

If a ticket holder is attending with tickets from another person's order, the person who purchased the tickets can call the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park office at 386-364-1683 before the gates open to change the name of the person that will be picking up those tickets. The ticket holder need to present relevant information to verify that they made the purchase, and a note with the new name will be made in the order. The original ticket holder will need to tell the person picking up the tickets the order number, so the front office can easily look up the order at the gate. The new person picking up the tickets must present a valid government ID to issue the wristband and redeem the order.

How is the weather in Live Oak at this time of year?

Normal April temperatures range from the 70's and 90's during the day to the 60's and 70's at night. Plan to check the weather forecast before you leave home and pack accordingly. Be aware that due to potential drought conditions, the Park may ban all campfires. Please plan accordingly.

Are pets allowed at TIPPER & FRIENDS Suwannee?

No! Pets are NOT ALLOWED at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park during music festivals. Please review the park pet policy here. We love pets, but for everyone’s safety, particularly your animals’, please leave them at home. Guests who do arrive with Pets must check in at the Service Animal Registration booth. Owners must show proof of vaccination and pay any additional PET fees imposed by the Park. Park management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest at their sole discretion.

I would like to help. can I volunteer?

Yes! Volunteer Registration will be open soon.

Will vendors be on site?

Yes! Food, Drinks and Wares. Vendor Application coming soon. Please note unauthorized vending is not permitted within the Park and anyone found doing so is subject to consequences.

Will coolers be allowed in the music area?

No. Lets leave the coolers at camp.

Are kids free up to a certain age?

Kids 12 and under are free when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Please be sure to ask for a kids wristband so in the event your child is lost, Safety Personnel will know how to contact you.

Can I bring my golf cart or ATV into the park?

Yes, as long as you follow these rules: Golf Carts require proof of insurance and payment of trail fees. All golf carts must be registered. ATV’s are not allowed in the Park. Please call the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park office to verify that your golf cart meets Park policy before hauling it to the Park. Golf cart rules can be found on the web here.
